"Good location ! Walking distance to Avenue of Stars, TSIM SHA TSUI and A21 airport bus station as well as many shops and restaurants.
Staff are very friendly, room is nice, service is great. Definitely will book it again next time!"

"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Special thanks to Bella and Silva, they really went out their way to take care of us. "

"My four days trip to HK was amazing thanks to all the staffs in Gateway Marco Polo Hotel from the very moment I walked into the hotel and walked out. I travel a lot so I know not every hotel has these kind of staffs that are so detailed and caring. They were helpful in every possible way and their english were also very good so there won't be any problem communicating with them. The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel.
