「Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a little small, but it was extremely quiet which was great. Only two issues were the lack of working ice machines and how overpriced the in-room dining was (4 shrimp for $24). Overall, a good place to stay!」

「Such a cool, fun hotel, and staff are lovely. The bar at night has coffee service in the morning. Gym is small, but has what feels like a brand new Peloton bike and a treadmill. Rooms on the courtyard can be a little noisy if there's an event, but things typically quiet down by 10pm. My only issue was noise through the walls and ceilings--because of the hardwood floors, it can sound like other guests are moving furniture around. Parking was a breeze!」

「This is my first stay at a B&B. The directions that were sent were perfect and easy to understand. The room was spacious and the bathroom was larger than I was thinking. It was a very quaint and lovely. It was quiet and had all the things for you to stay. The area was also nice. Highly reccomend.」

「This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Norman and his staff were absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. They were very friendly and helpful with anything that we could’ve needed. The amenities were very clean and Security was excellent. I really loved my stay at the Hilton Garden in downtown.」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「My only complaint is that the first room the air never got below 73 which is warm for us. The front desk clerk was very helpful and moved us to another room & upgraded the room for our inconvenience; however, that room never cooled either. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, clean and friendly.」
