"Spacious rooms. Clean. Complementary breakfast (nothing special). Lively in the evening (it was a weekend). We had multiple rooms and one of them seemed a bit more "damp" than the others, but the rooms are carpeted and there was a lot of humidity so it was probably that (we come from Canada where the air is dry AF in the winters). Conveniently close to the airport (~5-10min) and port of Miami (~20-30min) for cruises. Airport Shuttles: From the airport to the hotel - it is confusing, you basically just wait at one of multiple doors and hope your specific hotel shuttle stops at your door with enough space to let you on, otherwise they just drive off. We ended up ubering after waiting 20 minutes. From the hotel to the airport: the shuttle seems to show up in front of the lobby every 30 minutes or so."

"The room was clean and bright. The airport view was amazing. Staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful. The shuttle from the airport was extremely convenient. I would definitely book a stay there again."

"Jason at the front desk provided exceptional service and we had the option to check-in earlier and checkout later. Bottled water was offered free of charge at the front desk daily. I will highly recommend it for cruise folks as the shuttle service is very convenient and you have Whole Foods on your doorstep."

"Best resort in Miami …….beautiful palms, beautiful entry like no other ; but Overpriced on all the little things. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING . Small gym for the number of people Locker rooms , door handles , steamer lighting …. Lot of little things need updating The cabanas at soak are extremely over priced anymore for what you get out of it . Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences. "
