"Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally request a full refund for our 2-night stay due to the multiple serious issues we experienced throughout the entire stay, which made the accommodation unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. The issues are as follows: 1. Toilet drain was choked from the first day A technician came the following day and informed us that the issue had been fixed. However, when we returned to the hotel and flushed the toilet bowl again, it was still choked. As a result, we were unable to flush the toilet or use the bathroom basin, as doing so caused dirty water with a foul smell to flood out from the drain. 2. All air-conditioning units were not functioning properly The air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms was not cold at all. Due to the hot weather, we had no choice but to switch on the fans, which caused all of us to sleep poorly for both nights. 3. Living room air-conditioner was leaking The leaking water soaked my luggage, which was filled with shopping items, and all our clothes became wet. As a result,, all 5 of my chargers were damaged and had to be discarded. 4. Both toilets had a strong foul drain smell The smell persisted throughout the stay and made the bathroom conditions extremely unpleasant."

" The twin sharing room was big enough to accommodate 3 beds. The extra bed was added upon request. After adding the extra bed, there was still sufficient space to move around. It was a pleasant one night stay. "
