「Loved the iconic Hotel Chelsea! It is beautiful, classy but also laid back and comfortable. We arrived around 11am expecting to store our luggage for a few hours. To our surprise they had our room ready, and even upgraded us! Everything was perfect and it is now our favorite place to stay in NY!」

"The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat."
