「Very clean little motel. The only thing missing was an ice machine. The remote to TV didn’t work. Other than that it is well worth the price. Would definitely stay again if ever in that area. 」

「I was suprized when I checked in shortly before three P.M. to hear that you must ask for a ground level room when making your reservation. I specifically arrived early to secure our two rooms on the lower level. At least 95 % of the rooms were unoccupied at my check in time. For anyone needing a lower level room you shoud request this prior to arriving.」

Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. 「If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.」
