「Safe and quiet area, new property, everything was clean and the furnishings were cute. The property managers were so kind and helpful. Our room had a problem with the shower head and they moved us to a different room. Parking was easy, easy access to the freeway to get downtown. Coffee machine had delicious hot cocoa. 」

「Staff is great - they waived extra guest fee upon asking nicely - all the activities are pretty much inside and well appointed. The kiosk Checkin was a bit chaotic as after some tries we anyway had to stand in line. Otherwise the property and park is very well managed 」

「The room was clean, the location is in the center of town, the breakfast was average like every other hotel breakfast. If traveling with pets, they do charge a pet fee per pet. 」

「Room was clean, received clean towels daily. Lacking on toiletries, such as Kleenex, extra roll toilet paper, shampoo and hair dryer. Just the basics and it suited our stay. 」

「This is a bare-bones place. Even though there is a kitchen there are no plates, no silverware, no cups, no mugs, no coffee pot - just 1 dishrag. No tissues. 2 plastic cups and a bar of soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, lotion, etc. Everything was clean and in good shape. Just know what to NOT expect before you get there.」

「前台接待员非常的好。早餐不错，很多选择。只是厕所堵了两天，有点阴影。室外有游泳池，看着挺干净的，但是因为天气太冷，没有去体验。」

「Floors were sticky, fire alarm hanging down from the ceiling, shower curtain was half torn off the rod, electrical switch cover missing in the kitchen area. Train comes by every few hours blasting horn. Pillows so thin you have to double them over. Horrible. 」

「The quality of the living conditions was absolutely horrible. The restroom was disgusting. Shower curtain hung on by zip ties a terrible stench throughout the entire room and very unpleasant tenants everywhere that fit the mold of that side of town.」

「Amazing staff and clean, beautiful hotel in a prime location in Lake Jackson. The breakfast was great! The staff constantly kept checking in on us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. 」

「I do not know if this can be a fair rating considering I only stayed one night however the room was clean my kids like the morning breakfast and it was very convenient to keep my boardwalk and the area was just beautiful」
