Staff is great - they waived extra guest fee upon asking nicely - all the activities are pretty much inside and well appointed. The kiosk Checkin was a bit chaotic as after some tries we anyway had to stand in line. Otherwise the property and park is very well managed

Here are the downside: The front desk closes at 7pm. It was very challenging to find out to check in when we arrived there after that time. They provide the clean up or bed sheets service only once a week. Some of the lights were out and the sink stopper was broken. We stayed there for 4 days and ...

The room was clean. The things i didn't like is that they test the smoke alarms early in the morning without giving notice and the cold water didn't work for like a day so that caused the toilet not to flush . I called the after hours number no one answered and i didn't get a call back.
