「Clean room」

「I was disappointed with our stay. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower was designed in a way that allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also had a strong musty odor. The shower itself was cracked, and the bathtub was dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was another major issue. The lot was filled with trucks, campers, and trailers that took up approximately 20 parking spaces. There were no available spots...

「Had the deluxe suite room and it was nice with all the room. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Clean property in a good area to walk anywhere. The gal that checked us in was friendly and let us know everything. The morning gal sat behind the desk and didnt say anything or greet anyone with good morning! Walked in the front door several times and no greeting. Decent breakfast which we only ate 1 put of 3 mornings. Overall a nice place to stay.」

I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. 「My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for four nights while on a road trip staying in the Black Hills. We checked in on a Monday night and checked out on Friday morning. The hotel is obviously very recently built, and the condition of the property was evident of that. Everything seemed new and fresh.
