「The property was clean and well lite. My room was clean but my shower/ tub wasn't. (Dried strands of hair on shower wall). Manager was welcoming, polite, pleasant and helpful. Didn't see or interact with other staff. Will stay there again. Convenient location.」

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「First of all in the handicap room they only give you one bar of soap and the sink is about 25 feet away from the toilet. If you forget the soap in the shower, you have to go back and get it. There was also plaster on the shower ceiling with watermarks coming through. After the first night, the next day, the staff did not replace the shampoo or the washcloth. Nor did they change out the toilet paper roll, but left a new one sitting on the back of the toilet. The second day the staff never came in...

「I stayed here back in January, I booked a room with an accessible tub and was placed in a suite with a shower. After the initial complaint they moved my family up a floor to a room with a tub. The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and...
