「I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the front door was closed, so I had to call the hotel. The manager answered and was extremely professional and helpful when I explained my situation. He went above and beyond, assuring me he would take care of everything and kindly allowed me to stay despite my booking mistake. He even explained where I could find extra blankets and pillows if needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always eager to help.」

Don't book this place if you don't want to adhere to their dress code -- they make it very clear, and it's part of the charm. 「Clean and comfortable room. The hotel notifies you when you book that the rooms don't have air conditioning and certain rooms look out over the street and harbor and can be a little noisy if you keep the window open. I closed the window and didn't have any trouble with noise; the room came with a table fan. The bathrooms are a little dated and there there was one step up into the bathroom in my room.
