「The front desk lady I think her name was Natasha, she was AMAZING! Room was wonderful! I will say the bartender was atrocious, she seemed like she was under the influence of something it was odd. All around wonderful other than that though! 」

「Very clean property the room was spotless. The front desk clerk was efficient and friendly. Hotel was nice and quiet. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was the view outside our window and empty out with a bunch of dumpsters, but nobody can help that.」

「Unique and historic hotel. I love the antique decor and the staff/ owner were very friendly. No need to leave the hotel for meals as the hotel has a quaint restaurant, with various cuisine options and offers indoor/ outdoor dining. The chef is friendly and talented. He adds west coast flare to classic meals. The Captain Crunch french toast and patty melt were 2 favorites. He even helped jump my battery after I left my lights on! Easily, the best upcoming hotel in Deland.」

「Our favorite place to stay when in the area. The cottages are so clean and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need and so bright with the windows. We love them! Haven't rented a room on the water yet, because we prefer the cottages. So peaceful and even the grounds are well maintained! Staff are always pleasant and very helpful. An upgrade on the loveseat would be my only negative. When made into a bed, the head of the mattress sinks into oblivion, lol. Very minor issue, but would make sleeping...
