「The room was spotless and spacious. Staff were particularly helpful - my daughter got stuck in the lift and Dawn at reception was calm and helped get her out whilst making sure she was fine. All round a fantastic stay.」

「While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! For the price, I've experienced significantly better accommodation throughput the world. 「Adoramos a estada! Chegando muito tarde da noite e estava tudo organizado. E o melhor, o quarto bem quentinho. O quarto era grande, tudo limpo, lençóis e toalhas boas. Banheiro bem limpo também. Tinha várias opções de ônibus bem na porta do hotel. Lugar aconchegante. Eles também ficaram com as nossas malas no check out, o que facilitou muito. Recomendamos. 」

「Stayed over Christmas. Beautifully presented rooms with mini kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless! free drinks and snacks in the evening for 2 hours which was a nice touch! Christmas morning there was a stocking on the door with mini Gins, fever tree tonics, good quality chocolate, candy canes and fruit which was thoughtful and delicious! I would stay here again the staff are exceptional they really make you feel welcome! 」

「大致上乾淨，服務也有禮。（沒有特別超級有禮。）但是洗頭水及沖涼液是環保樽裝，卻沒有補充，只有很少。最後用了自己帶來的。步行至Haymarket火車站近，大約5分鐘。可是 Haymarket附近沒有景點，要行去市中心需要15分鐘。這一區很多酒店，無論住那個酒店也是需要行15分鐘回到市中心景點。」
