"The hotel is very pretty. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The beach was not great, but we took a shuttle to Coqui beach that was awesome. The food at the ONE restaurant was great. The room was ok. We did not have hot water for 2/3 nights and we got a nice voucher for our troubles. I regret not having an extra day to relax at the pool at the very top. We also got locked out of our rooms after selecting a late check out. The hotel does not have any night life. It was a nice stay for a few days."

"We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy. We will definitely be returning :)"

We Waited over an hour for dinner to just take the order food was cold when arrived and super bland waiter didn’t even come check on us after food was brought out then a different waiter brought us our Check also could not use Cash for drink at the bar mid day and waited in like for 30 mins just to find that out! Service is not good here’s "
