「非常有味道的老酒店，女子泡汤在三楼，每天滑雪完毕直接到隔壁泡温泉很方便，从长野车站坐大巴到Sunvelly很容易，但是下车要走一段路门口就游览车，可以开始滑雪！入住酒店建议选择早晚两餐，晚餐是传统的日式料理，我们这次住了五个晚上，每餐都有不一样的内容，非常开心，吃的很舒服！」

「The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all...

「A poor maintained onsen hotel! No towel and locker available in the onsen, need to bring along everything from the room! The room itself is very old and poor maintained; the dining which is just fair, don’t expect that as same kind of Food and beverage to a graded resort; fortunately a Taiwanese lady serving down there with excellent service to pull the satisfaction up a bit! 」
