"The hotel was well situated, very comfortable and convenient located to shopping and dining. The daily breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was amazing, courteous, helpful amd very thoughtful."

"Elevators were down so walking up the stairs was a pain with suitcases and bags. The recliner in the room was broken and there were hairs in the shower and bathroom sink that hadn’t been cleaned and there was a lot of dust everywhere. The curtains were stained with a mysterious red substance as well. Staff was friendly though!"

"I arrived very late at night, but the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the newer style of shower—it felt modern and very easy to use. It was also great that the TV supported Netflix natively, which is now becoming standard. The only small drawbacks were that the air conditioner was a little noisy, and it would have been nice if the room included a few complimentary bottles of drinking water. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room. "

"Both our beds had crumbs in them. The bathtub was not clean amongst other things around the room. I was there less than 12 hours so just to simply sleep but it clearly hasn’t been taken care of in those rooms over time. There were ants all over the counters amongst many other issues… I won’t be staying there again. "

"They have great laundry facilities, but price is too high and fitness equipment doesn’t work. Also, not very clean."

"This maybe the be the best best western I’ve stayed in. The front desk service was impeccable. They were very helpful and courteous in so many ways. The room was probably the cleanest I’ve stayed in. "
