「THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. 「I had to carry luggage 47lbs up 3 flights of stairs. You should definitely mention that upfront. It is not ada accessible. The room had a dead roach in the kitchen when I first arrived. It was almost midnight so I had no energy. Early the next morning a roach was crawling on the tv and another one in the bathroom. I was able to change rooms, but it was extremely inconvenient! I’m requesting a refund. I’m so disappointed.」
