「While the hotel is somewhat in need of updating, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. My daughter had a basketball tournament in town and she and I stayed there. Front desk staff and breakfast attendant were all friendly and accommodating. We would absolute stay again!」

「We had an amazing time here at this hotel. The room was clean n very comfortable. You have to experience the bed though. If i could of packed it in my car, i would have!! I am definitely booking here when i have to travel to penn hills!」

「Staff was wonderful, and the place was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The building itself seemed very in need of repairs. Painters tape holding trim on (???), drywall in the ice machine room looked half ripped out/destroyed (no sign of repairs happening), and we had to push hard to get our room door to close just to name a few. If you don’t mind overlooking the cosmetic issues would definitely recommend! 」

「Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast offered a lot of options from scrambled eggs to freshly prepared waffles, cereal, good orange juice not watered down like lots of places. Going back there again in fall.」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...
