「Stayed in two different rooms as I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, and very helpful, room service and restaurant are both excellent. I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room. 」

「We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.」

「Clean, quiet room and comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within easy walking of Chester with all it's shops and eateries. Easy driving to local sites of interest, including Ness Botanical Gardens, nature reserves and historical sites. A great base for exploring the surrounding area. Hotel restaurant is fine for a more relaxed bite to eat. Spa service and experience (massage) was very good. Excellent buffet breakfast!!! Good value for money. I would...
