「第一天入到房打開衣櫃就發現上手容人的衣服留下沒有拿走。第二天淸潔後竟然沒有鎖門。實在太失望。。。.......」

「The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

「My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would...

「Some old smell in the room, no lift, not good for suitecases. Poor location if you don't have a car or Uber. The hotspring not maintained well, some pieces leakages so the water is little muddy.」

「Very disappointing stay. the website says they offer dinner so we booked dinner for every night, which was confirmed by the hotel. When we got there, the front desk told us that the chef wasn't free the first two nights so we don't have dinner for the those nights. They were not apologetic and just told us to go somewhere else.. bathrooms were also tiny. Almost impossible to help my toddler bathe. Room service was also non existent. We had to take out our own trash, which I've never had to do at...

「Looking for Hakuba Accomodation? Highly recommend booking here! Great central location, close to Happo Village, Happo Ski resort and Hakuba 47 + Goryu Resort. Great value and price range for what you get staying at this lodge, when compared to other accomodation options. Taking the bus to near by resorts? Another reason to book here! Their is two bus stops near by that offer a free shuttle bus service to near by resorts, such as Goryu and Iwatake resort. The owner of the lodge is Amazing...

「Need to move lugguages from first floor to second floor by stairs. Very inconvenience. Simple breakfast but boiled egg is good. Room and bathroom are very small. Location is good.」

「This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! 」

「Mid to End of April is no longer the hot season for Hakuba, most of restaurents suronding is closed. Not very convenience if you have no car.」

「チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。」
