The hotel staff is amazing and the amenities are nice for what we are paying. It’s very family friendly - in the buffet restaurant they have cute dinnerware sets and bibs for kids and actual high chairs (the ones people use at home) and baby wipes warmed in small buckets of warm water. Love the option of private bath (additional 1500¥) and free massage chair use.

The staff provided amazing service since the moment we walked in to the hotel. They were very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained, with little snacks replenished each day. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay, which was really tasty and had an excellent array of options. This Ryokan was amazing. Absolutely insane. From the first minute you walk in the door to when you check out, it is non-stop service and complete accommodations. First class service, will definitely book another stay.

No other word yo describe this better than the best hotel. Accomodation, facilities, onsen bath on room. Staff is exceptional perfect, polite, helpful. The breakfast is ok, but if you like Japanese food more then it is perfect. Fully recommend this hotel. Will stay again if come back to Hakone.
