「These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again.」

「The jacuzzi jetted tub turn nob was broken the jet leverage turn nob was stuck so I could only use one settings of jets the jacuzzi is warm but not hot and the jets do not work I found a moldy pillow with no resolution disappointed is an understatement I'm just glad I didn't get sick」

「Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee.」

「We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed」

「Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days...」

「The partition between the hotel and the corridor is glass without sound insulation.The room is not particularly large, but it is cost-effective.」

「I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.」
