In the middle of the night, I needed some cookies. And the lady at the front desk was so nice to me. Also, the man who checked me and was very nice. I really appreciate that hospitality.

This was an excellent hotel. It was really close to campus and we had no issues when we checked in after 9 pm. We will be staying there again when we are up that way!

Let me put it bluntly, I've traveled to a good handful of countries, and this hotel takes the cake on customer service. They helped us with an early breakfast, extra bandaids, late checkout, and even the cleaning staff were helpful. Extra towels for the pool too. 100/10 customer service, highly recommend.

Sometimes parking is tough as often times road crews stay here with huge trucks/equipment and take up a majority of spots. Not the hotels fault but I have encountered this a few times. Still great location to stay when doing business in/near AA

The first time we stayed, we were there a week. Houskeeping came once on the 4th day & it was half way done. They didn't arrive again until they knocked on the door 10 minutes before checkout. The front desk staff is otherwise helpful. The breakfast is good for the price. It's not a "walk" to campus.

The young man working the front desk made an incredible recommendation for a pizza restaurant. He should be recognized for his work. Weight room is extremely limited. Missing weights and no machines.

All good but the Keurig machine was busted and never got replaced. We never received housekeeping even though extra towels were offered later. Thermostat control was not working but could do it on AC unit instead.

This was a beautiful Holiday Inn Express in a quiet area on the outskirts of Ann Arbor with lovely landscaping. The room was comfortable and roomy with a great bed. The bathroom shower was easy to use and had all toiletries. We were happy to have a microwave and small refrigerator. All of the staff were friendly. All together it created a great impromptu summer overnighter for us as a retired couple on a budget!
