"Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, especially Prexa! Prexa went above and beyond for our group of 6 kids and 6 adults. The only downside to our stay was breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 am ( weekdays) and breakfast staff stopped bringing out scrambled eggs etc..prior to 9 am. When I informed breakfast staff at 9 am they were out of eggs, they ignored it and so other guest didn’t have eggs from 8:55 am- 9:30. I informed manager, he said he will talk to breakfast staff. "

"Room was clean . Rip in cushion on couch. Main light by door entrance to room did not turn on via the switch closest to the door . These were for the lights over the couch "

"Hot tub was down for maintenance the last two nights of four, elevator had a glitch going to 3rd floor with more than two riders. Breakfast was great, pool and cleanliness very good, would definitely stay again!"

"The third floor was a bio hazard with ( I am assuming dog feces) covering the floor all the way done the hall way and was not cleaned up for the two days I stayed there. "
