Booked and paid for this pet friendly Haotel online, Days Inn,, drove 9 hours to get to it(late at night) only to be told he could not accept our 2 small pets and HE canceled our Registration without our permission. (We were tired). He was unable to return our $179.00. But did say he will put notes in the computer for the cancelation. We asked the man at Days Inn to please be sure the note is in there. He said Absolutely he would. We called Expedia talking with 3 and 2 of the customer service helpers, tried to make an argument with me each hanging up the phone when I mentioned the refund. Another gentleman apologized and told me we should get our refund without cancelation fee since we did not cancel. One wanted to book a $450 room ,which i did not have the money since I already booked a room prior to driving from Oklahoma to Tennessee. Anyway, it was the most stressful and worst event in my life. Had to book a room at Motel 6, which is owned by the same man(I was told). It was very bad, at least I was able to rest my tired body.. Was not able to stay at Days Inn due to the man canceling our reservation. Still have not received any refund.
