「When we first arrived, the front desk staff had absolutely poor customer service. Not helpful, rude, impatient. Thankfully, the other staff during the day and other evenings were wonderful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms very clean and comfortable.」

「It’s clean」

「Pool drained, jacuzzi in room permanently covered. 70's carpet, but appeared clean. Outside doors do not latch--security concern.」

「Ok 」

「The room we stayed in had a toilet coming out of the floor so whenever we sat on it, it tilted. A faucet in the shower was coming out of the wall. There was a hair on the wall of the shower. The floor was not very clean. After I took a shower and walked across the room to my suitcase, the bottom of my feet were dirty. Will not be staying again.」

「The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!」
