The room was clean, the beds in our room were horrible and lumpy, I did sleep but I left with lower back and hip pain, but the pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning unit made a weird clicking sound the whole time, like something caught in a fan, but it didn’t bother me or my son. Most of the staff was very friendly, one front desk girl looked like she hated life and everyone in it, but there was a very nice gentleman in housekeeping that was extremely helpful and friendly. I only had breakfast once but it was warm and pretty tasty. Overall it served it’s purpose, it was an enjoyable stay and we will probably stay here again…just not in the room with the crappy beds.

The property was nice, the breakfast foods were stale, no fresh ideas. The English muffins were rock hard, the pancake dispenser was a disaster, the mix was terrible when it did get made - get a new supplier. The yogurts were delicious and the coffee was top notch!

I rarely write reviews but felt this one was necessary. We picked this hotel primarily because it looked to have good value for the price. Upon arrival, the host was pleasant and accommodating. Not much to address regarding staff, however, when I had a complaint about the pot smoke blowing in through our HVAC unit because of a group congregating outside, the staff did absolutely nothing. Our room, when not being bombarded by pot smoke, had an off-putting stale smell. It did not smell fresh or even clean. We stayed three nights. Only one of those days was our room refreshed. We did have an opportunity to use the pool, however, it was considerably cooler than what I have seen at the coolest hotel pools. The hotel itself was clean and well kept in the public areas. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing. The website claimed they had omelets but we never found a station for them. I had to reset the pancake machine myself as it was in error mode every morning. I found myself resetting it for not only myself, but other guests as well, as there was no one attending the area. Given this stay, I would reconsider staying at this particular location.

Out toilet handle fell off the first night we were there. we talked to the front desk about getting it fixed and they said they would send their maintenance guy the next day. They never did and it remained broken the whole stay. We were also placed in a room that was handicap accessible (This was not necessary for us) and the bathroom floor filled with water every time we showered as there was nothing to stop the water from coming out. The walls of the hotel were also so thin we could hear everything going on outside

To be honest, the room was not super clean. My shower was gross had stuff stuck to tub, had to scrub and clean myself before soaking. The handles etc, all dirty. Visibly. The bed was super uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well at all let alone woke up sore. Texted the number that texted me(from hotel for customer service) never got a response to my texts, just random other responses. It’s loud, you can hear all around you, above, beside, under. Just wasn’t a fan sorry.

We were definitely not happy with this room. The carpet and whole room felt and smelled dirty. When my son took a shower tonight the water did not drain in the tub, the faucet leaked and there was hair floating in the water. I found a contact lens and other things on the bathroom floor and neither outlet worked on the night stand. My husband had to crawl underneath the night stand to plug my charger in.

The temperature in the room( thermostat) you couldn't get it to change it was either too cold or too hot, sounded like someone was pounding on the wall all night and day, housekeeping walks in without knocking, toilet barely flushed, it was the worst experience I have had in a long time, and my first night someone decided to pull the fire alarm had to evacuate the building then wait forever for the fire dept to come check it out
