「Saw staff only once when checking in, very poor service. Limited pool hours, exercise room stayed locked, no room cleaning during stay offered. Continental breakfast was Saran-wrapped breads.」

「I used to come here all the time in the late 2010’s, haven’t been here since maybe 2018? A lot has changed. I LOVE the interior of the rooms, especially the sliding glass doors showers. 「Had reservations for over month. Once I arrived to check in, I was advised there would be a $50 incidental fee. I then went to my room. Once I went to my room, there were people inside my room. The hotel gave my reservation to another person. The hotel had a rather musty order. And unkept appearance. I had drove an hour away to experience a very sad situation. I had to check in at another hotel at a higher rate due to Baymont not honoring my reservations. Glad I didn’t stay at Baymont...

「The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean.」

「The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous).
