「The property was neat and clean. The bed was very cozy. The glass door shower was very cleans& roomy. The room altho very clean could use a bit of maintenance and touch up. Breakfast was good. I would have no problem staying here again - I just encourage the mgtmt to correct the little things to make the rooms perfect. 」

Then the refurbishment commenced - no advance warning, no apologies and chaos began with the lifts. 4 lifts went down to 2 lifts - yet again no warning of this. Not unusual to wait more than 10mins for a lift empty enough to get into. WiFi was also particularly weak - just 2 bars in the main and you had to log in every time you left the apartment- even when you went out onto the balcony. On the plus...
