"Yes, cleaned room every day. Staff was wonderful. Adult pool was my favorite place. Only problem was kids in the adult pool claiming they paid the adult price."

"A few things about this place. The food was bland and they need to have something different than hot dogs and hamburgers. It is in Mexico so tacos and taquitos or even quesadillas. The buffet was just ok. The restaurants offer foods that you can pay for too but they were not tasty either. The staff was amazing tho and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wished I would have known about the bar at the top of the hotel before we left it was nice. get there early so you can get a cabana. Have to say that Adult only was pretty nice too."

"This was the first time we had stayed at a RIU hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the staff, great food, constant cleaning, and above average entertainment. We will certainly look to stay at another RIU hotel. "

"Our stay at Paradise Village felt like PARADISE! We loved every minute of our vacation. My only complaint was signing after each of our all-inclusive tabs (food and drink). Be sure too include your credit card info for room charges so you can tip your servers!"
