We vacation with our 3 children. The staff and all their services were excellent. The pools were the perfect temperature. We loved the access to the beach. The entertainment group staff was amazing. Definitely will go back.

Nice property on the beach. Clear blue waters. Dining options were decent. The quality of the food could be a tad better but ok. We got sick and tried to see the Dr on site, 185$!! Gift shop was very expensive. Drinks are ok, they only have Dos Equis beer, everything else is extra. I wish they had a few more beer options. Overall wife was content

We stayed for 5 days, although the hotel lacks maintenance, some areas of the bathrooms are flooded and water drains from the bathrooms, the sensor does not work well, in a restaurant there were leaks, the staff in general was very kind, especially the barman Dany at the sportbar, the mesero Pascual was very kind and attentive when serving us.
