「Staff were lovely, big car park. Bed was okay. Everything in the room seemed to be very low.. The sink, the door handle.. All felt like I had to bend down to use. Very weird to have no plugs by the bedside, and only on the other side of the room, which was odd given it's all been recently refurbished. Good location, and I'd stay again.」

「Very good ! I love it 」

「No problems with anything」

「Had a lovely 2 night stay for work related activities. Staff were amazing check in was quick and friendly. Car chargers available as well which is a bonus. I didn’t eat here due to work commitments but the bar area was welcoming and cosy. WiFi was an issue on the afternoon and evening of my second day which meant I couldn’t catch up on work I also didn’t have good mobile signal so couldn’t hot spot! 「Outstanding hotel. A real surprise and gem. Fabulous staff.」

「酒店陳舊，內裏設施非常破爛，地氈感覺不清潔，房間隔音亦很差，酒店外面環境複雜」

「Hotel and room were clean. Some scuff marks on corridor paintwork and doors. Other guest were noisy and a lot of traffic noise if you leave the window open. Breakfast good choice but hot meal a little cold and my sausages were undercooked. However plenty of choice. Staff seemed a little disorganized but we're pleasant and helpful. Parking was good at £4 per day. Location excellent to AI and M62 so easy access when leaving. Short taxi ride into town and fairs excellent.」

「nice staff and very helpful, good breakfast provided, good experience. Not many options to choose for meal near the hotel.」

「Choose this hotel because it has carpark and location. When we went into our room, it has strange smell just like cigarette smoke and the toilet is more smelly. Furnitures were old but the room is quite spacious. The lobby is old style classic but the furnitures was quite new. Everything is the same breakfast with simple food and drinks.」

「Staff were lovely , room was clean and adequate , breakfast was to order and nice and hot」

「Mainly clean Ideal location. Friendly staff.」
