「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Girl at front desk was very friendly. I should have got her name. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a perfect temperature. We slept very well and left the next morning without eating breakfast.」
