"Everything we needed for a short stay with my teenage boys"

"Reserved a room with a kitchen, was told I had to pay extra to use it ($15 a day). Asked to be provided with two plates for take out, was greeted with a snark remark about not getting it myself. Asked to move rooms, was told I had to pay for that. Went to brekky around 940, there was no coffee - told to drink decafe. Brekky was not fresh, stale bread. Room key troubles, had to ask the same attendant twice to help and was met with snotty looks (get off your phone maybe?) Greeted staff at front counter, they literally either said nothing or gumbled a response. For the cost and experience being downtown Victoria, I would go anywhere else if I had to do this trip again."

"Parking was kinda inconvenient, not to blame the hotel but their parkade gate wasnt working with the scan card so i had to keep calling the hotel lobby for access. 80% of the time they answered and opened it right away. When problems arose with the parking in the parkade staff was quick to accomodate a solution. Cleaning staff was also friendly, kept the propety well maintained. Had a family feel to the hotel, with a small swimming pool the little one loved. The location was great we were close to everything Victoria had to offer, it truely couldnt of gotten any better. Quiet streets at night for anyone who smokes, there is no fear of getting robbed."

"I didn’t use the air conditioner or bust the bar as I was with a minor but it did look very inviting. "

"Breakfast was good as we were there 8 days. As we were there everyday morning we seen the same issues with people barging into the line of food. The food line needs to be looked at with better idea of food display. I think an island should be created in the middle away from the wall with all hot dishes on this island only. This would give this confusion a better look and better people movement. Plse suggest this to your supervisor. Thank you. "

"The room was overall okay, but the King Size room is noticeably smaller than the standard room, which was a bit unexpected. The bathroom sink also had drainage issues and did not drain properly. That said, the staff were excellent—very attentive, friendly, and made the stay more enjoyable."

"Clean room, beautiful amenities! Super convenient location, able to walk everywhere."
