We were very happy with the location - it was convenient, well situated, and met our needs perfectly. The staff were attentive and responsive, and we appreciated that they took the time to check on us during our stay. Our unit itself was comfortable and well maintained. The only drawback was the sound insulation; noise from the adjacent units above and beside carried through more than expected. Overall, it was a positive experience, with the location and staff being real highlights.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was lovely and accommodating, property and hotel is incredibly clean, the views are out of this world gorgeous and its proximity to everything and walkability is fantastic. I will stay here again.

Quiet room, spacious enough. recently renovated with modern decor. Gorgeous views over the harbor. Nice pool/hot tub/sauna amenity. Small fails - no towel bar in the bathroom (only brackets left on the wall), no robes - had to call front desk 4 times and actually go ask in person to get them. Low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Appreciated the fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Parking was $26/night - yikes!

The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street.

The staff were very accommodating. We remembered this property from years ago and looked forward to visiting again. However when we arrived to check in, there was a staff strike and the restaurants & lounge, including dining lounge was not open! If we had known we would not have booked there. They said we could cancel but we had travelled already & did not want to have to search for another place.
