Stay was overall very nice, however there were only 2 mirrors in the entire room so it made it hard to get ready. Beds were comfortable, but the blankets were on the thinner side. Staff were helpful and the room was very well maintained and clean. Definitely recommend as a place to stay.

We stayed at the Swans for two nights. Our two bedroom unit gave us space for three people to have time together or alone with is great. The Hotel is conveniently located and walkable to everything we want to do. There are great restaurants around and abundant coffee shops. We walked to everything and always felt safe. The hotel is older and our room was not modern but it was very clean and comfortable. The price couldn't be better and overall I would gladly stay therre my next trip to Victoria.

We had a room with a kitchen. It was clean and well-equipped; the rooms were spacious, and there were two balconies. The bedroom was located above a pub, which made it very noisy—when you try to go to sleep, it feels as though you have a crowd of guests in your room, with all the noise, laughter, and music. The hotel is in a great location, with all the main attractions

This place is fantastic. Perfect location, it’s an old building but is very well maintained and rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh. It was a treat to have the small balcony with doors we could open and have fresh air coming into the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable - our room was at the front of the hotel over the bar, which could be a little noisy. Having the kitchen was really useful and we had breakfast each morning. The blinds in the front window were broken at the top on the left hand side and needed to be replaced and we couldn’t make the kitchen tap work so had to bring water in from the bathroom. Generally, a good stay and would stay again. Staff were lovely.
