"You pay all that money just to not have free WiFi, big ass hotel but gotta wait in a line just to use the elevator!!"

"While the property was offered at a good price, mostly clean, and the employees were very kind, I had 3 issues: there was no water in the room or cups and whatever I tried to reach out to them. They never responded even to this day after I’ve checked out. I have still not gotten a response on any of these items, including: the towel holder in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the couch was very badly stained, and they never responded to my requests of water, and while Wi-Fi was set to be included, I was never given an entrance paper with the Wi-Fi information and it was not on any of our booking information and seeing they never responded when messaging their contact number I wasn’t able to get access. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for the price, but seeing it was only for one night, not having access to the Wi-Fi or water was difficult when the couch was very stained and some things were damaged. I ordinarily would not even mention these things that seeing they still to this day have not responded. I have no other way to mention them."

"the place needs alot of work. staff at the front desk "Carter" to be exact needs to be more professional with staff as well as customers. broke elevators were broken, fire alarm went off at 2am and we also found many dead lady bugs throughout the room and also had to kill a roach."

"The staff were friendly, but the rooms had an unpleasant smell. The towels smelled like cheese, and the sheets did not smell clean. Also, the service at the restaurant downstairs was not good and food was overpriced."

"Room was clean, staff was courteous, the restaurant bar was great. The food was delicious and the bartender was sweet and so funny. This is our 2nd time booking this hotel and will be back."
