"Our overall stay was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend as a place to visit and will be visiting again but on the Senses side next time around!"
"The Caribe Hilton is an old building (75+ years), so it’s showing its age. Nevertheless, it is super charming! The pool is world class, and the bar/live music was incredible!
I am born and raised puertorican, so I am aware of the cultural importance of this hotel. So many puertorican artists have performed here, it is a pinnacle of who’s who when it comes to PR’s artistic heritage. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, however, they’re not pet friendly, and that is a no-no next time I come visit my homeland.
All in all, if you want to visit PR, this is the perfect spot to stay at (if you don’t have pets).

"This hotel is great. Family friendly, excellent pool and jacuzzi that is open from 7am-11pm. Room was clean and up to date. Kitchenette, living room, bedroom. Breakfast each day was mediocre but reliable. Close and walking distance to beach with chairs, towels, and umbrella included with stay. Restaurants on property, food and drinks at pool. Overall, if you have kids, and want a resort hotel, this is it. Three star hotel but 5 stars for me and my kids. "

"This property is amazing!! Clean, amazing staff, great food, transportation was a plus👌 room was espectacular! Amenities were on another level. Our concierge Joanna was amazing!! She took care of me and husband so great!!! The service in this hotel is on another level!!! We will go back very soon!!!"

"Estuvimos mi familia y yo en este hotel y nos encantó! Nos sentimos muy a gusto, y muy bien atendidos! La comida excelente tanto del buffet como de los restaurantes que pudimos conocer! El parque de agua de niño estaba muy bueno, pero la parte de atrás que era para los niños pequeños estaba muy descuidada! Las láminas del piso estaban todas salidas"
