"The lobby and front of the hotel is beautiful however the rooms are not. They are dated, dark and grungy looking. He toilet is my bathroom kept running for hours, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to get an engineer in to fix the air conditioning more than once. Given what they charge and the location, the rooms need a lot of work and I believe the hotel should invest into this. We couldn’t use the amenities as everything was closed due to the Oscar’s. This should have been communicated when booking the hotel, not 2 days prior to checking in. Overall disappointing experience. "

"This is a basic hotel with few amenities, but it is clear and well-maintained, staff are friendly, and it is located a block from Hollywood, making it easy to walk around the area. Parking is very limited, so request it ahead if needed, and there is no elevator to the second floor. "

"I was in.the area for work.and just needed a quiet, clean room. The hotel is dated, and has some wear and tear, but was clean and area was quiet. The amenities are very basic but worked. The Staff was definitely the "star" of this hotel. They were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating."

"There was a roach in our room, we complained about cigarette smell coming from other rooms they did nothing, walls are cement yet you can hear the room next door, no soaps, room was only cleaned once, we could go on"
