「The Palms was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Belize. We stayed 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our location and amenities. The staff was amazing in planning our excursions that we wanted to do. They provided needed services such as getting taxis for us and suggestions for different restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Belize. The rooms were updated, efficient and spacious. It felt like home.」

「Hotel was close to the ferry port which was ideal as we were able to walk with our luggage. We only stayed for one night, so unable to give a full review of the amenities. The room we stayed in was old and some things were worn down, but it was clean. There seemed to be a mosquito problem in our bathroom, we think they were coming in through the cracks on the side of the window. The highlight of the stay was Martha’s restaurant; we had breakfast and dinner and the food was wonderful! The staff...

「The place is well stocked with everything anyone might need from fresh water to a well equipped kitchen even washer and dryer. It was very clean and very comfy. I enjoyed my stay!」

「This property was in a nice location near shops and stores. Having the refrigerator and the microwave in the room was an excellent addition! The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. My only dislike was the fact that I booked under the understanding of this being a hotel, but there was no house cleaning for all three days spent there.」

「The hotel s nice, but the room was small with no windows, none. Was worried about safety in case of a fire. They have the best food, but I hate the extra fee on the bill even when take out. As a costumer I felt forced to leave a tip in that fee. I always leave tips. If you don't know better, you will double up on tips. The managers Ken and Joanna are the best. They were truly helpful from the beginning to the end. On a side note... They have the best cucumber juice.」
