"The Hilton Greensprings Resort is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Considering the number of units and people staying there, the area was quiet and well maintained. The staff was efficient, welcoming and quick to respond to requests for bedding for the fold out couch and towels. The indoor pool and fitness room were small and crowded. The outdoor pool area was not open yet for swimming due to the season, but will offer a great space for summer fun. For three retired friends on spring break, the two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a pullout couch bed in the living room provided excellent accommodations. "

When we were ready for bed, my husband tried to set up the sofa bed, but there were no extra pillows or a comforter. We called room service twice and were told each time that someone would bring them, but no one ever came. We didn’t receive those items until the next morning—when we were already checking out. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. "
