「Fantastic complex that takes advantage of the beautiful surroundings 」

「Everything was good」

「The area surrounding this hotel was not safe. There were many homeless people in the parking lot asking for money, and sleeping in their cars. We witnessed drug use by some of the patrons. I will not be staying here again.」

「The room was ok, however their was a lot of children in the hotel, of which were not quiet during sleeping hours 11-5am. No control from the adults to allow children to roam halls and disrupt paying guests that were trying to sleep from a long travel to the property. The area surrounding the hotel didn't look safe. As a paying guest, I didn't have a great experience. 」

「There is only 1 elevator in the property, which was very inconvenient for the size of the hotel. Very often causing a long wait or having to use the stairs.」

「When i turned the water on, it came out a brownish/orange color. There was a huge crack in the wall in the bathroom. 」

「We were very disappointed with one major problem. We were there for three nights without TV during the NCAA Final Four games. The hotel said they were switching cable providers and there were problems. We ask for an adjustment for our room charges and they refused, saying it was the cable company's fault. We have crossed this hotel off our list based on their response and attitude in dealing with a problem that is clearly their responsibility. 」

「Nice staff, very helpful, clean room, very nice amenities in the room( microwave, frig, desk and two chairs, lamp and good lighting, flat screen tv with internet, excellent bed and pillows. The motel has no pool, homeless live there, the area is shady and the motel is being remodeled, noisy freeway out one side, and someone knocked on my door at midnight all 10 nights….?」

「Pool heater wasn't working, hotel needs a total upgrade, and the view outside the windows were unappealing un pleasant. 」

「Our room had a door between the living area and bedroom area, and thats a game-changer for families with littles who have different bedtimes. The breakfast was fantastic! We got free drinks at the bar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the indoor pool wasn't heated. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」
