「I highly recommend this property if you’re visiting the Baltimore area. Very spacious for myself, my husband and our 4 kids. Lorraine checked in on us every other day and Mr. Derrick made sure everything was in order upon our arrival.」

「Unfortunately I was unable to get a hold of this property the week of. I guessed I would get check in details upon arrival. When I arrived from out of town, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite numerous confirmations, charges, insurance purchase receipts etc. After some back and forth with the "answering service" I was told they had a one bedroom for me and my 3 adult children. They called me a no show and it has been a nightmare. I will not use this service again. 」

I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. 「This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. 「There are many people outside of the building which is a locked building but the key is hard to use to open the door. The bar downstairs is super loud and you can’t open the windows because they are pLexi glassed shut. 」

「Online, it looked pretty good. CLose to the convention center and equipped as a studio so I could keep food there and save money on restaurants. When I got there at 3:30 PM I found an apartment building with a locked door requiring a code to open. I did not have the code. Never received it. I found the phone number online and called it, got a message that gave me a different number to call. I called that number and got an automatic reply instructing me to leave a voice message.
