「A very cinque apartment with walking distance to most of the sightseeing points , Mr. Pasquale showed us the nearby attractions and helped us for our luggage's storage after our check out ! Will definitely back to stay here again next time ! The only complaint was the sofa bed's mattress was too thin that will have back pain after sleeping!」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. 「Séjour de 5 jours mi avril, en famille. L'appartement est très agréable, très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. L'appartement est situé dans une zone calme qui permet de rejoindre le centre à pieds en 15 minutes. Pâtisserie située en bas de l'appartement - très bonne - supermarché à 5 min à pied, pizzeria à proximité pour dîner sur place ou à emporter. 」

「The room was very nice. We had everything we needed. The only issue was that the host was not very responsive. He was not there when it was time to check in. We had to wait outside in the street. Fortunately, another guest in the building let us into the waiting area inside. It took several attempts to reach the host. When we finally did, he said to just go ahead into the unlocked room. He never showed up. Then we couldn’t get connected to wifi. He made a couple of attempts to help us via text...

「A great suite. Reception can help with taxis to and from the local train station. Fast trains to Firenze / Florence. Restaurant only open for breakfast during the low season, so dinner is a bit of a mission: Reception helped with ordering pizza 🍕」

「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「This was a really great location. The market and restaurants in the immediate area were excellent. We were walking distance to museums and world class shopping. Good sized apartment with a very functional kitchen. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that can get noisy late at night. But hey, your in Italy and that's part of the experience. It didn't bother us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.」

「We had a wondeful stay in the apartment called "Falanghina" just off of the Ponte Vecchio. You can't beat the location. The apartment had all the main amenities we needed and was really great value for the price. You do need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs (It's not unusual for European buildings this old to not have elevators.) So be sure to plan for that. 」
