「The rooms here are beautiful, but the MOST uncomfortable I've ever experienced for a place charging these prices. The bed is extremely hard & after sleeping just a few hours, I woke in extreme pain. I explained what happened & asked if they had any mattress toppers or anything to help - they said no. I asked if all the rooms have the same beds, because 4 more nights of this is going to be excruciating - they said they are all the same. They did not offer any solutions, no extra pillows, blankets...

「My husband and I were on a mini weekend get-away. It was the 2nd time we had stayed at the Hotel, and we will stay there many more times! The couple that run the Hotel are top notch and pay great attention to detail! We had multiple options for breakfast and each one we tried was delicious. 「My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores.
