「This property could use a little updating!!!! Cool having the pool on the 3rd floor looking across to the beach 」

「We had a nice room with a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was perfect after a day at the beach. Our accommodations were perfect for our girls trip!」

「Friendly staff, great breakfast options. I appreciate coffee is available in the lobby all day. Love the room amenities. I can't say how much I appreciate that my room had the garbage emptied daily and my dirty towels removed and replaced every day w/o me having to ask for it. 」

「The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. 「Very nice room, recently renovated, clean and well appointed. Close to Tanger Outlet shops, dining and Gulf Shores Beaches. Our first time staying here, we are quite pleased. 」

「I was a bit worried when we pulled up outside as it looked sketchy at first glance. They are currently overhauling the entire lobby and I hope some of the exterior and common areas are next. However, the hallways to the rooms are nice and our room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. And they had HBO and lots of television channels. We had a good night’s stay.」

「To be honest Holiday Inn hotels aren’t the best. I’ve avoided them for years. But not a lot of choices in this area. I took a risk due to the high rating and was glad. It was clean, staff was great and I felt safe. Would stay here again. 」
