「I hesitated to write this review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to make things right before sharing my experience publicly. I stayed here with my mother and my 7 month old baby for a three night vacation. The hotel was fine overall, but it felt dated, poorly updated in areas, and not as clean as I expected. 「During our stay the room was not serviced at all. They did not sweep the floor, change any linens or empty the trash. I asked for clean towels and the front desk said they were out of towels and there was nothing he could do. It was out of his control. I’ve never been to a hotel that was “out of towels”. We won’t be back!」

「The Village Inn was lovely. Nestled underneath large live oak trees covered in Spanish moss. Pros: Great location. Within easy walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient onsite parking. Cons: We stayed in room 208 which was on the front corner. The WiFi was not usable. We ended up using our data instead. Ran out of hot water in the shower. NOTE: There is a 27$ resort fee added per day once you arrive.」
