"The room was not touched during our stay. No restocking of coffee or cups. Toilet cut on and off all night, which we reported but had no attempt to fix. (It probably needed a new flapper. The desk ladies and the breakfast crew were phenomenal and always one step ahead of your needs. The breakfast was delicious."

"Our overall stay was acceptable. The beach view was obstructed from our 2nd floor riom. The property is across the street from the beach with houses in the way. Very clean tile floors with no rugs making them a bit slippery. No hair dryer. Kitchen has coffee with flavored creamers. Soanish style interior and exterior is pretty. There are 2 restaurants there. The fine dining opens at 7 on the 2nd floor and the rooftop pub I think at 5 or 6. We had a 7:30 reservation for the roof top one. There was live entertainment with a man singing some good classic sings and people dancing (an older crowd) that was nice. It was pet friendly. The service though was terrible. One like 18 year old kid taking orders and running food. I felt bad for him but for the price of the food I expected better. We sat in the inside if the restaurant that was too brightjy lit. No ambience. There is no foyer or front desk to great you. We asked for an early check in from the host and we never received a response. The beach was incredibly nice. Dogs can run freely which was nice to see. No shells and very little waves. Very good. Don't look for any extras here. Expensive for the room. Very small kitchen sink, a 2 burner glass stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, full size fridge and a toaster oven. I would stay again for a less expensive price."

"We stayed in the historic building in March and absolutely loved the charm and character of the property. The building itself is beautiful and added a unique touch to the experience. During our stay we really enjoyed spending time at the beach, relaxing by the pool and hot tub, sitting on the swings, and having meals poolside. It made for a wonderful, relaxing weekend getaway. The only small downside was that the room didn’t have a smart TV or the built-in charging stations we’ve become used to in many newer facilities. If you rely on those, it’s a good idea to bring your own full charger setup for phones, tablets, etc. That said, it actually encouraged us to spend less time in the room and more time enjoying everything the property had to offer. In the end, that turned out to be a much better way to spend the weekend. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return. "

"The room was clean and well laid out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little cold outside to use the pool so I stayed out. Our room 214 had thin walls since people in room 212 was very upset about something and woke us up with the commotion. Overall it was a good stay."

"I have been to alot of hotels but this one has topped it for me and family. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and we had free water!!!!! That was a surprise for me. It was very convenient as we were driving across state. We were also placed near a small airport and it was cool to see planes active. Pretty nice and we will definitely stay again and recommend to others. "
