Was hard to get a hold of anyone when we wanted our room cleaned and more towels. So we just piled all the dirty towels in a corner. Trash never got emptied including outside in hallway. Multiple trash bags stacked up around trash cans in hallway. Handle in our bathtub was broke so could only fill by spray nozzle. Food was ok and music. But food nor music was available as time listed. Chef was always chewing someone's ass in hallway on 2nd floor near pop machine.

Parking deck easy and balcony great. Disappointed with bathroom cleanliness and uncomfortable mattress. Had to wash lipstick off wine stems - not good! With good cleaning staff all issues would be solved. Convenient location.

We visited for a wedding, so we saw other rooms, and ours was strangely empty compared to others-like missing some furniture others had. Most of the dishes looked dirty-maybe it was just water spots, but it didn't inspire much confidence in the level of cleanliness. One of the showers had a maximum heat of lukewarm water, and we didn't get to use the jet bathtub because the drain didn't seal properly. The walls are very thin, as well. It wasn't terrible, but it was probably nicer back in the day.

Arrived in the evening when it was dark. Sign said Lobby on 2nd floor. Placards on wall said Lobby this way with arrows. Outdoor hallways dark as there was no lighting. Could not find lobby. Finally saw paper note on door telling me check in was virtual. Why can't there be a lobby like most hotels?

The room was spacious and well appointed. There was not really a beach view from the room, unless you count a tiny sliver between buildings. Our room was on the second floor on the end closest to the lobby. Also, the picture showed a jacuzzi tube, but we only had stand up showers. The floors need to be better cleaned, as walking around without shoes on made the bottoms of our feet black. The restaurant was only open for dinner, and was not open on Sunday at all. There was a nice view of the beach from the top floor outside patio. We were pleasantly surprised with live jazz music on the roof top on Saturday night.

Our overall stay was acceptable. The beach view was obstructed from our 2nd floor riom. The property is across the street from the beach with houses in the way. Very clean tile floors with no rugs making them a bit slippery. No hair dryer. Kitchen has coffee with flavored creamers. Soanish style interior and exterior is pretty. There are 2 restaurants there. The fine dining opens at 7 on the 2nd floor and the rooftop pub I think at 5 or 6. We had a 7:30 reservation for the roof top one. There was live entertainment with a man singing some good classic sings and people dancing (an older crowd) that was nice. It was pet friendly. The service though was terrible. One like 18 year old kid taking orders and running food. I felt bad for him but for the price of the food I expected better. We sat in the inside if the restaurant that was too brightjy lit. No ambience. There is no foyer or front desk to great you. We asked for an early check in from the host and we never received a response. The beach was incredibly nice. Dogs can run freely which was nice to see. No shells and very little waves. Very good. Don't look for any extras here. Expensive for the room. Very small kitchen sink, a 2 burner glass stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, full size fridge and a toaster oven. I would stay again for a less expensive price.

Given the unusually cold weather, the floor was quite cold. The bedroom was very dark with no overhead lights, only one lamp. However, nice sized unit with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Roof Top lounge was closed but on the weekend the restaurant is open on the second floor. The food, service and live music were exceptional! Good value for the room overall.
