「room was filthy upon check in- pillows had head prints but made, trash in bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, empty plastic cups on night stand. Hotel insisted it had been cleaned and I forced them to come up and look for themselves. Then when we put the kids to bed in the pull out couch, the bed was unmade. I went down to front desk and they said they don't have enough sheets to make the pull outs and housekeeping leaves at 2 PM so I could make the bed myself. Sheets and pillows were...

「Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better...

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...
