「Great」

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...

「Room smelt like cigarettes」

「The walls are paper thin, and we were kept up from 0130 - 0330am by sounds from the elevator air pump room, and the TV of another adjacent room. The coffee machine in our room still had old grounds in it from a previous guest, and despite many signs boasting the property as smoke free, many common spaces - including the elevators and lobby - absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. We highly recommend staying somewhere else nearby.」

「The corridor of the hotel room is dim, the towels are not clean, and the facilities are old.」

「The front desk service is very good and very sweet」

「We came for one night for a wedding. It was very clean, spacious, and a good night's sleep. The beds are quite firm and if you need to use the restroom, it will light up the entire room since the door is a foggy glass one. Other than that, we would stay here again. If you're coming with the family, please keep in mind these cool is extremely small.」

「跟其他地區的Hampton Inn相比，這家位置略為偏僻，房內裝飾也略為老派，但大致上是乾淨的，住的也算舒適」
